I recently finished build (0.9) of Space Capitalism Simulator. This build I’ve been focused on tightening the graphics so to speak. The difficulty of the later rooms has been increased, I did a complete audio/story overhaul, and fixed a few minor bugs.
Here are the changes:
- Added the ability to turn the watch music on/off
- Added more ceiling fans
- Added more pillows to the key room
- Added jumping plants to the later rooms
- Fixed a bug where cupcakes were not being counted towards total food eaten
- Balanced audio
- Re-recorded all voice over with a better microphone
- Slightly changed scripts on to improve story cohesiveness
- Increase explosion radius on grenades
- Temporarily removed a secret room
What’s next?
I nearly have the final trailer for the game ready to go. I’m going to do a couple more play tests and then tell as many people as possible that the game is ready!
I’ve been working on this for so long, it will be really nice to have people experience it. I hope it can bring some fun into people’s lives during these tumultuous times.
